CoWRY is a group which puts out a lot of nice asian releases, which I love. Some of my very favourite films are from Japan. Some of you may remember the film “Shaolin Soccer” by famous Chinese director/actor Stephen Chow (who also made Kung-Fu Hustle among other films). This is not a sequel to that, but Chow was asked to make a sequel quite a few times, however he didn’t accept. Instead he sold the rights to make a kind of related film to the Japanese, but he also acts as a executive producer on this film. This will most likely not live up to the quality of Shaolin Soccer, but it has the same style (and there’s no soccer in this one btw, it’s Lacrosse).
Quality: Excellent quality 2 CD DVDRip from an experienced group such as CoWRY. The language spoken is Japanese, so english subtitles have been included (japanese subs as well). Grab the subtitles HERE (no pass)
